Perutusan khas Muhyiddin jam 6 petang ini ketika Covid 19 melonjak tinggi

Ketika kes positif Covid-19 semakin membimbangkan dengan lonjakan 432 kes semalam, Perdana Menteri Tan Sri Muhyiddin akan mengadakan perutusan khas.

Perdana Menteri Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin dijadualkan akan menyampaikan perutusan khas berkaitan situasi semasa Covid-19 pada pukul 6 petang ini.

Sebelum ini, seorang pegawai kanan Unit Komunikasi Korporat (UKK) Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) memberitahu, sidang media Dr Noor Hisham berlangsung menerusi Facebook KKM tanpa kehadiran media.

Langkah tersebut dilakukan kerana Dr Noor Hisham sedang menjalani kuarantin kendiri di rumahnya susulan Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri (Hal Ehwal Agama) Datuk Dr Zulkifli Mohamad Al-Bakri sah positif Covid-19.

Susulan itu, pegawai dari UKK KKM berkenaan membuka ruang kepada petugas media untuk mengemukakan soalan menerusi kumpulan WhatsApp Media KKM.

Sehingga jam 1 petang tadi, sejumlah 35 soalan daripada pelbagai media diketengahkan dalam tempoh kurang tiga jam.

Walau bagaimanapun, ekoran perutusan khas Muhyiddin, pihak media dimaklumkan kemudiannya diberitahu Dr Noor Hisham hanya akan menjawab satu atau dua soalan sahaja.

“Hanya satu atau dua soalan yang akan dijawab oleh DG (Ketua Pengarah). Selebihnya simpan. Beri laluan PM,” maklum pegawai tersebut dalam kumpulan WhatsApp yang dianggotai 252 petugas media itu.

Berikut adalah senarai 35 soalan daripada pelbagai agensi media termasuk antarabangsa setakat jam 1 petang tadi untuk sidang media kali pertama Dr Noor Hisham menjalani kuarantin kendiri di rumah petang ini:

 

Soalan:

1. Sinar Harian: memandangkan peningkatan kes yang tunggui setiap hari, adakah bekalan kit antigen mencukupi? Berapakah jumlah yang sedia ada setakat ini. Sekiranya tidak, adakah KKM akan membuat perolehan baharu?

2. Sinar Harian: Ada dakwaan kata ada pelawat dari Sabah sanggup masuk dulu ke mana-mana destinasi di Sarawak sebelum naik flight pulang ke semenanjung sebab nak elak kuarantin dan swab test. Jadi apa usaha yang dijalankan untuk mengesan perbuatan ini dan memastikan mereka semuanya disaring dan kuarantin?

3. Bernama: memandangkan peningkatan kes, adakah KKM menasihatkan agar sekolah seluruh negara ditutup operasi kerana ada kebimbangan di kalangan ibu bapa untuk menghantar anak ke sekolah?

4. CodeBlue: Can we have statistics on daily Covid-19 tests carried a day? What was the daily average from Aug 29-Sept 11, daily testing average from Sept 12-26, and daily testing average from Sept 27-Oct 5?

5. Adakah menteri yang harus melalui proses quarantine diberikan gelang pink? Ada dakwaan mengatakan tiada.

6. BFM: are we at the stage of considering the implementation of interstate travel restrictions yet? Why / why not.

7. Singapore Straits Times: As a precautionary measure, is there any plan to close all schools considering the recent increase in infections?

8. Reuters: What are the results of swabs of all who attended the NSC meeting on Saturday? Have they all tested negative? Also, could we confirm if the prime minister was swabbed yesterday, and if yes, what was the result?

9. Given the huge spike in the number of cases nationwide, would the DG recommend a partial lockdown?

10. TMI: Did Dr Zulkili al Bakri test for Covid right after coming back from Sabah? What happened to make him or MOH suspicious enough to test past few days?

11. TMI: Some close contacts of Dr Zulkifli have also attended many events and met a lot of people. How is MOH monitoring the possible transmission?

12. TMI: There is criticism that MKN’s decision not to screen or quarantine people returning from Sabah before Sept 27 was a mistake. What is your advice now to those who returned from Sabah before Sept 27?

13. Singapore Straits Times: How many individuals have been identified as a close contact to Dr Zul and currently under investigation so far?

14. Bloomberg: Yesterday MOH said 235 cases have history of traveling to Sabah as of Sept. 20. How many of the total cases so far are linked to those 235? How would you describe how big of a contributor is the Sabah campaign/election to the recent surge in new virus cases?

15. How goes Malaysia’s effort to procure vaccines and preparations to distribute it? Earlier, you said Malaysia will test the vaccine is “safe and effective” before distributing it, how do you define “safe and effective”? By testing the vaccine, does it mean Malaysia plans to do its own clinical trials?

16. BERNAMA: The age breakdown of all cases in Sabah and those with travel history to Sabah for the elections? Mainly want to know how many of the cases involve warga emas. Thanks.

17. Malaysia Dateline: Apa nasihat KKM terhadap Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri jika ada kes positif Covid-19 di kalangan ibu bapa kepada pelajar? Sebabnya Menteri Agama ada jumpa anaknya di Sekolah Menengah Integrasi Sains Tahfiz (SMISTA), 28 September tapi anak Dr Zulkifli masih ada di sekolah dan asrama itu hingga 1 Oktober lalu. SMISTA di Bandar Tun Razak ada lebih 300 pelajar.

18. Malaysia Dateline: Mengapa PKD tanggalkan gelang pink kurang tempoh 14 hari kuarantin? Bukankah patut gelang pink hanya ditanggalkan PKD pada hari ke-14 bagi mengelak salah faham dan tuding jari? Contoh, ADUN Ayer Limau sah positif pada hari ke-4 padahal sehari sebelum itu PKD sudah tanggalkan gelang pink. ADUN Kg Tunku pula +ve selepas 8 hari kuarantin.

19. The Edge: Will this new wave of infection be more serious coz previously noting that the daily figure of new cases substantially higher than in March/April?

20: The Edge: Is there any plan to lock down Kedah due to spike of Covid-19 cases over there?

21. Jalan Meru Cluster is the most active Cluster in Selangor. Can the DG please give some back ground to this cluster and why is people in several states are getting infected? How many generations have this cluster infected.

22. BFM: Given the DG and Health Ministers are under quarantine, what is the continuity plan for the ministry should they test positive? Who will steer the ship in their absence especially at this time where we are reporting record high numbers?

24. Malaysia Dateline: Perlukah SOP di pihak KKM diperketat agar mewajibkan sahaja 14 hari tempoh kuarantin kepada individu yang balik dari Sabah? YB Mahfuz contohnya hanya dikuarantin 3 hari dan dipotong gelang pink selepas balik dari Sabah hanya kerana -ve ujian pertama . Padahal, sudah ada kes individu malah ADUN yg positif Covid dalam tempoh 14 hari. Contoh: YB Ayer Limau & YB Kg Tunku.

25. Harian Metro: Berdasarkan kes semasa, adakah KKM ada membuat unjuran atau jangkaan kemungkinan kes baharu untuk bulan Oktober, November dan Disember 2020?

26. During the last wave, MOH took action much sooner by imposing a lockdown as soon as cases began to spike. Why has there been no such move at least for Sabah and Kedah yo date?

27. Does MOH project for cases to vet higher in the weeks to come?

28. There are many notable political figures who travelled to Sabah but did not attend the MKN meeting who are out and about during their supposed quarantine, does MOH monitor their movements?

29. Sin Chew : Susulan peningkatan mendadak kes, adakah KKM bercadang untuk memperketat semula SOP?

30. Malaysiakini: Do we know if prison staff/inmates @ Alor Setar prison have been moved to other prisons or were in other lock ups in the past month? What is the likelihood of other prison clusters in the country, and is KKM screening in other prisons too to check?

31. Malaysiakini: Could KKM give a breakdown of how many beds, ICU beds and ventilators are in Hospital Tawau, Semporna and Lahad Datu? Have the cases there exceeded capacity?

32. Malaysiakini: Not all who attended the MKN meeting were not all wearing masks. We know too that Dr Zulkifli attended many meetings at his office where no one wore masks. What is the SOP for meetings in air conditioned rooms?

33. Malaysiakini: The US CDC now acknowledges Covid-19 can be airborne. Has KKM done any research suggesting this? If the virus is airborne, should people wear face masks at all times when outside the house?

34. Malaysiakini: Does KKM advise that large scale gatherings be banned?

35. Malaysiakini: Will KKM advise that Friday mass prayers be called off?
